HELP, Low FPS CPU with Ryzen 9

So I cleared all my shader cache's and that seemed to help some but not back to normal performance.  Checking my AMD software it is showing a gpu that is maxed out and looks to be the AMD Radeon 610M.  Does this mean my Nvidia 5070ti is not the actual one running the game some how?    I don't understand if that's the case because the FPS info shows my 5070...

Still unable to play the game, haven't been able to find a fix.  Anyone else have issues like this recently?

Anything updated before it happend ? bios? drivers? 

found this info you could try if not already - 

• Force the game to use your Nvidia GPU in Windows (most common fix):
  • Go to Windows Settings → System → Display → Graphics (or search "Graphics settings").
  • Click Browse and find the game's .exe (for Steam games: right-click the game in Steam → Properties → Local Files → Browse → look in the game's folder for the main .exe).
  • Add it, click the arrow next to the game, then Options → High Performance (this should list your RTX 5070 Ti).
  • Save and restart the game.
• Do the same in Nvidia Control Panel:
  • Right-click desktop → Nvidia Control Panel.
  • Go to Manage 3D Settings → Program Settings → Add (browse to the same .exe).
  • Set Preferred graphics processor to High-performance NVIDIA processor.
  • Apply and test.
• If this is a desktop (most likely with Ryzen 9 + 5070 Ti):
  • Double-check that your monitor is plugged into the GPU ports (on the 5070 Ti), not the motherboard HDMI/DP ports. Motherboard ports = forces iGPU.

Man your Cpu is burning..... 80c in 20% of cpu utilization? Check your cooler. You did any OC or smth?

No it's just the factory settings really.  I did notice those temps but the laptop does keep it around 90 at 100%.  I ran the cooling test and didn't say anything was wrong with the fans.  Even when the game is running it doesn't get to 100% but the fps indicator in bf6 shows the cpu at around 30 or lower so it's weird..

No it just happened out of the blue.  After it happened I did update my bios, the cpu had an update and made sure the gpu was updated.  I did change the game to use the gpu in windows settings, sadly nothing.  I did go into the control panel and now it is set to the high performance instead of auto. Sadly there was not impact, it's also weird because this issue doesn't respond at all to changing everything down to low settings either.    This is a laptop not desktop.

I do I just don't know why it it's happening with this laptop not even a year old yet.  Happened just out of nowhere but it does show high 60's and 80 with nothing really going on..  Might have to check warranty I guess.  Thought it was some bf thing since feels like when they update something, 3 new issues show up somewhere else.  I'll try to address the temp and post back.
