So were u encountering that after playing for a short amount of time? With me its i can get into the game no problem but after I play for 10mins the error kicks me back to the main menu and I have to restart. If u are now able to play with no issues then I might have to do what u did.
Yes, I was able to play fine before they attempted to merge my accounts, now they 'reverted' it back to original so I can play again.
What error message are u getting?
After 10mins of playing im getting "unknown error 1:85009s" then that kicks me to the main menu, if i sit there for 30 seconds i get the error u were getting and then im stuck in a loop of that error over and over every 30 seconds. I have the game on steam but im wondering if its worth seeing if they can move the game over to the EA app and see if that fixes it.
This exact issue is happening for me as well.
I think the issue is deeper than that. I try every "fix" suggested in this forum. I even create a new account with EA Pro to see if was my steam version. And nothing same error as you. Seems a problem on their side with DNS and talks between the server and the request made. Let's hope they can fix it. I can't even request a refund because I played first the Single player and make me out of the scope for refunds
