Hello ,
First off, game was working fine, but I noticed I redeemed on my wrong old account. So I asked EA, hey can we merge those accounts, they said sure.
Then after they merged, BF6 did not appear on the main account, and stopped working on the old account, now they have no idea what to do and in the chat they just tell me to wait.
Everytime I try to enter game after queue I get: unidentified error code: 1:86001S:89001S
-No troubleshooting/vpn/different pc/5G/wifi/lan helped resolves this.
Has anyone else had that? Is this regular business practices to not take responsibility for your own actions? Like they can 100 ways to resolve this but they still fail to do so.
What do I do now ???
Someone did say to make a new ea account and then try and also have the same name on ea as steam but I don’t know if that works for everyone
I tried create a new EA account with EA pro same issue
do not try it, i did and it didnt work, locked myself out of my other bf games and had to have support bypass the link cooldown to get it back
