This is 100% an issue that has something to do with a EA and/or Xbox childrens account. As others already have said, launching and playing Battlefield 2042 (with the EXACT same age rating as Battlefield 6) works no problem on a childrens account allowed to play 16+ games This error ony pops up when trying to log into Battlefield 6 on a childrens EA account. A similar issue existed for Star Wars: Battefront 2 and it was to my knowlege never fixed.
I hope that is not the case with this game. I bought a separate copy of the game just for my son to play. I wonder if I should be asking for a refund now?
