I havent messed with DNS settings yet but ill apply your input and see if it fixes anything. thank you for replying either way

just checked and my dns is already set to 1.1.1.1 with my secondary as 1.0.0.1

Im going into the 4th day without Battlefield 6 and soon to be the 5th day. Just had a weird glitch where im in position to que into the server and im running into this weird screen where it says, "1200, 2400, 3600 in que server full." 

This is not the case (its not full this is bs) Then I get the same 1:86001S:89001S:7C:-13561655840

Why hasnt service for the server connecting to other Cloudstrike service to MyRepublic Id. hs not been restored yet? It was fine on launch and before the CloudStrike. 

Finally at level 57 at 67hours I decide to play the campaign. Was working just fine, now i cant even do either.

When is this actually gonna get fixed? Season 1 BF6 is tomorrow and im gonna **bleep** miss out on this **bleep**??? 

**bleep**, been a Battlefield veteran since BF1942 BFBC BFBC2 BFMC2 BF2 BF3 BF1 and the god forsaken BF20 crap 42. 

Yeah and i sent over 6 support claim complaints and you guys still havent emailed me back. 

I bought the game for son so we can play together and worked just fine the first day, next day he gets an undefined error code 1:86001S:89001S:9C:-13561655840 I scan the QR code for assistance and it’s a generic troubleshooting guide with zero help. Googled it and all the results are for PC or PS5. I did the 1.1.1.1 dns and 1.0.0.1 and still the same problem. I even uninstalled the game reset the Xbox reinstalled the game and same error. My Xbox has zero issues and were literally in the same house rooms next to each other 

I have the same error Code - cant play since yesterday and cant even find a solution in the web.. 

Hi there. Try deleting the local saved games. Go to Settings > System > Storage. Then choose 'Clear local saved games'. Let e know if that helps or not. Thanks!

Where can I delete the locally stored data on my xbox? 
If I go into the game's save, I can reset my account save, but then I guess I'm back to level 1.

We are having the same issue with my son’s game.  It was fine and just stopped with this error code.   Did you find a fix?
