Extremly inconsistent network issues

So one day its fine,no problems at all,next day all network meters in the red,rubberbanding,ping goes up and down and packetloss,I check the scoreboard,multiple people are having the same issues there.I can play for days on all maps without problems then boom back to **bleep** again from nowhere.Battlefield is the only game i suffer from this **bleep** in.Please fix this or post something for all the people that suffer from this problem.
