Failing to connect to EA services.

I bought the game yesterday and haven't been able to access even the main menu because it won't connect to EA services after "start" menu screen. I have already tried all troubleshooting solutions for connection issues but none have worked.

  • you have windows 11 25H2 ?

    There is an incompatibility issue between Windows 11 25H2 and EA Javelin's anti-cheat software.

  • I’ve had this issue since launch, and EA support was no help at all. I tried watching every video I could find on this and tried all mentioned fixes, and so far nothing has worked. 20 days after launch and EA hasn’t mentioned this issue at all, despite the fact I’ve seen many posts here in the forum about it and it being a common enough issue that there are a bunch of YouTube videos about potential fixes. I’ve tried reaching out to some EA mods here on the forums to no avail. It sucks bc I bought the phantom edition which includes some stuff in the S1 battlepass, and we’re already into S1 and I can’t even access the game, despite having owned it since launch
