Followed EA video on secure boot now pc has all kinds of stuff wrong

I followed the secure boot ea video to make sure it was how they said it should be so the game would work correctly. After I played 8-10 matches I had to go to an appointment. When I got back my computer was in russian(thank god i at least can read russian a bit to change it back). Then i had all kinds of viruses on  my computer that my buddy who is a computer guy for the government had to come fix. Then after everything got 'fixed', Im banned on the game. I submitted a request on ea help but it seems that on reddit everyone said they wont respond and its just a way ea steals money. I hope they actually fix this because I'm beyond pissed that because their video made me change settings on my pc top play their game and it caused my virus protection system thing to not work right.
