FPS Drop after few games

Hello, I have a problem, I have a pretty decent setup 5800x3d + 32gb ram + RX 9070XT, I play it at 2k. The game usually runs at 115-130fps, but the last two days it happens that I play 1-3 games and then when I log into another one after a post game, the FPS drops to about half. Only a game reset will help. Does anyone have a fix for this? Thanks
