Frame Rate Drop On Initial Startup

PC Specs: CPU-Intel i7-7700k, GPU-Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070 Ti, RAM-16GB

Hey everyone, I have had an ongoing issue ever since the release of the season 1 update. Every time I initially launch the game, I am frame locked at 41 fps. I then have to alt+F4, and repair the game. After repairing I am consistently getting 90-100 fps. The game runs great after repairing it, but the catch is that I have to start the game, alt+F4, then repair. I have tried repairing before launching but my frames still drop even after doing so. I am just curious if anyone else is having the same issue, and if they know of a solution. I have not tried a re-install yet, really trying to avoid that lol. From what I can tell other people are having the same issue, but there is not a concrete solution from what I've seen.

No I was never able to find one. I even uninstalled everything with the game and reinstalled it and it didn’t fix the problem. I also emptied my shaders cache for my GPU and I don’t think that fixed it either. I say I don’t think it did because it still launched at 40 fps, but a day or two later the problem stopped happening. I don’t know if there was an update or if it potentially resolved itself, but I haven’t had the issue in the past 3 days

I have the same kinda issue i guess, im just optimizing the game through nvidia and restart the game and still no permanent solution. did you find any solution?
