Frametime Spikes/Stutters on 3 Maps

I, and many others, have been getting stutters/microstutters/hitches,etc (whatever you want to call them) on pretty much 3 maps consistently. Manhattan Bridge, Operation: Firestorm, and Empire State....

5090 intel 14700kf. Frametime spikes/ stutters on maps Manhattan Bridge, Empire State, and Operation Firestorm.
