Frequent Stuttering on 4090/9800X3D

- Make sure the game is running exclusively on your dedicated GPU rather than the integrated GPU.
- Temporarily remove the Feizhi virtual keyboard/mouse driver.
- Unplug your USB DAC and test the game again.
- Check whether there is a newer motherboard BIOS available.
- Disable the integrated GPU in the BIOS.
