issues cant go to second monitor not matter what setting as i was able to befor patch to talk in discord or just use it for stream chat or anything.

It's unclear whether this is a bug or intended behavior, but during gameplay, the mouse becomes locked to the game screen.
You can release the mouse by pressing the Alt and Tab keys simultaneously to move the cursor off-screen.
this is out of game play that i have the issue now in lobby screen that didn't have this issue before
