G-Sync not working on BF6

i am running my setup on a rtx 4080 laptop with an i9 13900HX, 32 gbs of ram, 240hz monitor with Gsync and all my other games are supporting it perfecly, it tends to run smooth as butter, but when i play battlefield 6 even with 120 FPS + and making sure both windowed and full screen modes for g sync are activated , is not working..

it looks good since its always 120fps+ but you guys know when g sync is activated, its another level of smoothness. well, that doesnt work on BF idk why, 

somehow i'm figuring out every time i record a clip with the xbox recorder thing (i usually record the last 15 seconds only), whenever that little window pops up then seems to activate the g sync from nowhere and background gameplay looks SMOOTH AF, then only works like for only 15 secs and go back to normal.

idk why is this behavior, it seems the game itself is not recognized by nvidia gsync technology so whenever a OS window pops up then it recognizes it but then go back to normal.

is this happening to anyone else or just me?
