Game crashes during matchmaking

I played yesterday a round team deathmatch, after the round i queued the next and then it happend. While loading the next round it crashed. I started the gema and tried it again and as soon as i have loaded the next round it crashed again. I have updatet my Nvidia driver and repaired the game. Nothing. Can someone help? 

PS: Why is the game working better on steam as on EA app? WTF. I just have problems over problems (Sometimes random with missing content)
