Game crashes on my buddy over and over.

(Xbox series x) so even when the game was still a beta my buddy’s BF6 would crash after 5min or less of playing. Now he owns it and it still crashes and also Red Sec. He’s deleted the game and reinstalled multiple times, he’s tried alot of tips from EA and nothing has worked. Do yall have any advice??
