I had a similar issue before due to xmp issues. From another platform post i remembered i made, but this also do not work now. Still crashing...........................
Had some strange behavior after enabling XMP.
Intel i7-12700K, Gigabyte B760M GAMING X DDR4 and 32GB Corsair Vengeance LPX DDR4-3600MHz CL18 (CMK32GX4M2D3600C18) with Palit GeForce RTX 4070 Super Dual 12GB.
Yes the memory is not in the motherboard support list but its what i had. When enabling XMP the bios would lockup after saving the changes. It would do the same when disabling XMP. Have to force restart the pc after bios locks up.
When XMP is enabled, Javelin Anticheat would force close Battlefield 6 when opening a twitch stream in chrome. This was the strangest thing. Can recreate it constantly.
After disabling XMP and manually setting my memory timings to the same as the XMP settings, it would still lockup the BIOS when saving. Instead I dropped the memory voltage from 1.35v to 1.34v and everything started working.
Game is working fine with manual memory timings and no more game crashing/closing because of Javelin.
Just thought I drop this information here for anyone else having some weird behavior since i saw some previous posts about disabling XMP, thought this might help.
