Any time I navigate to the main spawn screen - be it after dieing, coming back from loadouts, etc. - the game freezes for a solid second. The game completely locks up, no network packets are sent or processed, my performance graphs all show the hit. This never happend before the Season 3 patch.

If you have FSR Native AA or FSR Upscaling enabled you might want to disable it/them.
I had the same issue and it was gone once disabled.
Issue happen since the release of Season 3.
EA_Salmon you might wanna look it and report it to BF6 devs please :)

Tested with AMD driver 26.5.2 / 26.6.1 / 26.6.2, same behavior regardless of the version, few seconds freeze at spawn/respawn screen.
If you enter loadout and exit it's the same. Looks like the spawn screen is trying to activate something related to AMD FSR
After installing version 26.6.2, the freezes at the spawn screen stopped. The only remaining freeze occurs when changing gear, though it doesn’t happen every time.
On my first run, I noticed graphical glitches. My initial thought was that the drivers were corrupted. I ran a repair, deleted the shader cache, and now the spawn screen no longer freezes. Maybe the issue wasn’t driver related but tied to the shader cache. try deleting it.
Disabling FSR also works, but with TAA enabled, the game looks very blurry.
For me 26.6.2 is a NO GO for BF6.
FSR AA or FSR Upscaling keeps me getting small freezes on spawn screen.
I'm sticking with TAA but is blurry also for me

Once that is installed, can you do a clean install of the AMD Graphics drivers?
