Battlefield 6 instantly exits after launch

I'm having an issue where Battlefield 6 launches through Steam and EA App normally, starts EA Javelin Anti-Cheat, briefly opens a small black window, and then immediately closes with no error. The game worked fine before (113+ hours played) but suddenly stopped launching after not playing for a few months. I've already verified the game files, completely reinstalled the game and anti-cheat, repaired Windows with SFC and DISM, cleared caches, removed custom Windows Exploit Protection settings, confirmed Secure Boot is enabled, and checked Event Viewer and Reliability Monitor with no useful errors. I also analyzed the game's crash dump in WinDbg, which shows Frostbite hitting an 0x80000003 breakpoint during startup. Has anyone run into this recently or found a fix?
