Game frequently crashing with current patch

As the title says, the game currently crashes a whole lot more than previously. It will just suddenly freeze for few seconds and then send me back to desktop. This wasn't an issue with any previous patch, certainly not at this scale. Right now it's hard to actually complete matches, as there's a very decent chance the game will crash. I'd estimate that >30% of my matches currently end in a game crash.

Very rarely I will get a device hung crash report, the vast majority of crashes however provide no report whatsoever, the game simply closes after freezing. One of them actually ended with a bluescreen though.

Basic system specs:
AMD Ryzen 7700X
32GB DDR5-6000 CL30 (G.Skill Trident Z5)
AMD Radeon RX 9070 XT (driver 26.6.4)
Windows 11 Pro

I haven't found an actual trigger to reproduce, however one observation I made is that the crash very often seems to occur when bringing up my gun after deploying a gadget, or during or after a grenade throw, generally in hectic situations where a lot of character movement comes together (strafing, changing stance, switching weapon/gadget, throwing grenade) etc.
