Game is crashing intermittently while playing

I also have game that intermittently crashes . I have tried to get tech support or chat and only run into AI chat that is worthless and keeps sending me to area that is of no help at all. I have tried various things I have read here and other places and no help so far. I have out DX Diag file on post.

Any help

At the same time, I’m sorry I don’t yet have any information on when the next stability improvement update may arrive. To help you get back into the game, you may also want to refer to the steps shared in Microsoft Learn.

Please note that some of those steps may be more advanced, so if you’re not comfortable with them, it’s okay to skip them. Thanks.

Hi, sorry to hear you're running into this.

Your DxDiag shows the important clue: Windows logged RADAR_PRE_LEAK_64 for bf6.exe.

I’m not sure whether you’ve already tried the steps in our general troubleshooting guide, but if you haven’t, please give these a try:

Lower VRAM pressure: Set Texture Quality to Low or Medium, Uninstall any HD texture packs, Turn off DLSS or Frame Generation as a test, Cap your FPS.

Repair or verify the game files.

Try a clean NVIDIA driver install using DDU.

Turn off Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling as a test.

Disable overlays and hook tools, such as Discord overlay, EA overlay, NVIDIA overlay, or RTSS
