Game keeps crashing on map loading screen

I've tried so much to fix it, but everytime i load into a game my game goes directly to desktop. I've tried deleting all TOC files and repairing i've tried some other methods on reddit. Can please someone help. I have a crashdump file but since its a .mdmp file it says it's not allowed how can i reach it to you?
