game keeps crashing to desktop. no error code

this is maybe my 5th post of the same issue. the only time the game works is if I reinstall the game before every play session. I've done almost all troubleshooting methods that doesn't require me to go through my entire pc. and nothing works or changes. and again, this issue has been a thing since the winter update. so, I'm pretty sure that this is an issue with the game itself, or an EA issue.  

 To my best knowledge everything on my PC is up to date. 

all of my other games work perfectly fine.

I'm getting to the point where I'm looking to get my money back if that's even a possibility.
