I play Battlefield 6 on Xbox Series X and I’m experiencing graphical artifacts — specifically black squares, but only in this game. I’ve already tried everything: disabling 120Hz, VRR, and HDR, reinstalling the game, resetting the console to factory settings, clearing the console cache, and even lowering the resolution to 1080p. Can I get any help from the support
OK I was able to see them with my phone camera
It's the particles they come in as black boxes floating around
The red line is right by my xhair in the Screenshot I attached.
I will see what I can do about the video youtube messing up the colors. If if you look at the door where my xhair sits you can see blocks fading in and out.
I can try uninstal hd texture again , how to do that to make sure all data cache be clean , uninstall hd texture pack , and turn off console and unplug the power for 5min?

Workin fine on xbox series s , but This morning I replaced the thermal paste on Apu in my Xbox Series X so is new thermal past on Apu (cpu and gpu ) and is still the same
Community ManagerNot necessarily. It's possible to still overheat without the fan getting loud. Just let me know how it goes with the Series S.
On Xbox Series S, Battlefield 6 runs normally. This morning I replaced the thermal paste in my Xbox Series X, but I’m still getting artifacts in Battlefield 6. I want to point out that all other games run fine without any issues. What should I do next? When will there be an update for BF6? Battlefield 6 had been working fine since launch—the problems started a few weeks ago.
Id like to chime in here and complain about three xbox version , it lags, it feels like there are weights attached to my character, I get stuck on everything I die in 1 frame, always behind cover it's terrible...and been terrible almost since launch, about time they added redsec.

The xbox version is broke and runs inferior to the ps5 version, that or my xbox is broken?? Doesn't seem like it is for any other game so I conclude its the bf6 xbox version, something is holding it back
But on ps5....it was a breath of fresh air, I had fun. None of those issues were there for me on ps5.

In the picture you will see a red line. This bug has been in the game from beta. I use to think they are from claymore but they are not. Sometimes it's red lines or dots every map has then in random locations.
In the video look closely t the door smoke and small particles turn to black squares. Hard to see I will try and get better ones whe I remember.
