Gun and Scope Vanish from Screen on Contaminated/Breakthrough

When playing Contaminated on Breakthrough, usually in the 3rd Sector on attack my gun and scope will disappear after respawning. I still see the ammo and health information, hip fire only a green dot and if I ADS, I have nothing to aim with. I have been running thermal scope on DRS-IAR or UMG-40. Really frustrating that this happens, unplayable once you have to Gun or Scope.
