Gun challenge reward won’t unlock

(BF6 on PS5) I completed quite a few gun challenges but none of them rewards were unlocked.
I’ve tried restarting the game, rebooting ps5, clearing cache, and even the method EA Help provides “Load up a dedicated feature mode. Once the map loads, the challenges and assignments should correct themselves. You can then check and confirm the unlocked items and rewards while in that mode.” None of them worked.
