Gun does not work when you press or hold the shoot button

As the title says, guns do not shoot when pressing or holding the shoot button, also they start to fire then stop. Hit register is still playing up bad too.

Anyone else having this problem too? 

Seriously, when are you going to fix this game, its a joke at this point.
