hello! Thanks for gathering the DxDiag. Here are some suggestions:
- Temporarily disable any non-essential Razer apps. Synapse, Axon. Make sure they are closed out of the system tray.
- It looks like you're missing drivers for your motherboard chipset. Go to the ASRock support website and download/install the latest chipset drivers, Intel Serial I/O drivers, and Intel Dynamic Tuning Technology (DTT) drivers for Windows 11.
- Perform a clean install of the NVIDIA GPU drivers. Make sure you get the latest stable driver from NVIDIA's website. When installing, select the "Custom (Advanced)" installation option. Next, check the box for "Perform a clean installation". Restart your PC after the install completes.
- Change your default audio device. Go to Sound settings and change the output to something else. Headset or speakers. Test BF6 again.
Let me know if these help or not. Thanks! - DaboyPalmTH4 hours agoNew Rookie
