my bf6 progress is gone i logged in today for the first time in like 3 months and when i did my account level was reset to one all my cosmetics where gone and all my progress gone i tried to logout and back in again didn't work and then i tried restarting my pc didn't work then i spent 2 hours with support where the told me to post here so any help would be appreciated

Progress is tied to the EA account. Progress loss like this is often related to unlinking and relinking platform accounts from an EA account.

I have checked that I’m on the right account and I can’t unlink from it until sometime in December so i know i didn’t change it
I am going through this exact thing. I'm trying to unlink my account but I cant for 6 months.
After scanning forums and speaking with live service, for some reason EA has no power to help people with this issue. 6 months is absolutely ridiculous especially when i have all the credentials and proof for my accounts. They state its for security reasons which make no sense

Hey I did that first but was told to post on the forums to get further assistance if there is an email or something I can get in touch with a person that can help me that be great but I as of the first day I posted I was on with ea support for two hours where they told me in the end to post here so I’m unsure of what to do as every time I get somewhere I get told they can’t help and to go somewhere else
Same here. Looks like I am just out of luck after talking with a representative. Wanted to check the update out but guess not. I dont even know how progress like that just gets wiped LOL
