Heavy weaponry and 1200 Trophies bugged

I have completed the criteria for these trophies on multiple occasions without success

Heavy weaponry = get 5 kills without reloading in multiplayer - this has been done multiple times across multiple guns to the point where I have even got marauder accolades from the 5 kills in quick succession, however, there is still no luck. 

1200 = get 6 sidearm headshot kills in a multiplayer match - I have completed this criteria multiple times across multiple pistols, and multiple games (all within the same match) with the trophy never generating.
