high CPU usage

after the update of Top Gun, I have had to put settings to low .my cpu keeps going into the Yellow on statistic i put up in the game, game hasn't ran smooth since update, I have tried every setting possible, Restored my Pc to New. everything is up to date. I have Ultra 7, with 4060. someone please help
