High Latency out of nowhere on PS5

I started the game today and suddenly I have literally incurable high latency. My internet is up, running, and perfectly fine. I have tried everything that I personally can do, and can’t reach support, only AI bots. I am in tears basically as I had no time to play for 2 weeks and this is my favorite game, I got done with a long work day excited, and the update must have bricked the game for me. Please help.
