High Ping in Every Lobby. Won't connect to close servers

What is going on with this release? I had no issues in the beta but with the full release this game refuses to connect to any of the midwest or east coast servers. Instead I have 180 to 200 ping EVER...

Happening to me. During beta I got servers with 30-45 ping, but now I only get 140 ping servers :(
