HOW DO I GET AHOLD OF EA FOR BATTLEFIELD REFUND

I bought two packs thinking it would unlock the pickaxe for me the first time the whole pack disappeared now yesterday they came out with another pack and I got that seeing if maybe this time it won’t glitch out and I got everything in the pack but because I didn’t unlock pickaxe originally I’m guessing I can’t use it .. doesn’t make sense cause if you bought I blueprint for a gun you didn’t have unlocked you could still equip the blueprinted gun to your class … this is like ooooo gotcha kind feeling I know a lot of players are pissed over this I am
