Hi EA_Aljo,
Thanks for the reply however when I've submitted another dispute, it gets closed immediately as it is flagged as a duplicate.
My original appeal is still marked as "waiting for studio".
This is so frustrating! I've waited a month now!

Try opening a case with an advisor. Don't submit another dispute since that goes to ToS. Try these steps:
- Go to help.ea.com
- Type EA Account into the search field
- Select the EA account tile
- Click on See more topics
- Click on 'I need to update my EA account information'
- Hit the option for chat
That should let you open a case with an advisor where you can ask them for an update.
