How/WHERE fill ticket

Question

How do you properly fill out a ticket for payed for missing items? 1st 10 in battlepass still locked, did uninstall install after restarting playing for days , all known things to do. Would just like word is all. No problem waiting I get it but no word just irks and gets under the skin. Crazy how this hiccup make the game less fun. You wouldn't think so.....idk maybe its just me.

Made a post here and there n tried to fill out a ticket but it wouldn't pull up for me to fill out. It's like I. Shadow banned or so.ething. the more I try to get info.

Just seen. Thank you, much appreciated.&nbsp;Kinda got word about this....,found an post few days old but at bottom was a note from c.m. saying thank you this problem has been passed on to design team.."&nbsp;Think that is what was bothering me most was no word or acknowledgement of the situation.&nbsp; Prob. Just me but even made the game unenjoyable, how idk...lol but it did.
