I bought the game but can’t play it

I know for sure I bought the game and everything, i can play the campaign. When I try to play a multiplayer mode not including redsec, like escalation for example. The game has a lock icon on that mode and when I click on it, it sends me to a page telling me to buy the Xbox game pass, one thing to note is that I had recently cancelled my Xbox game pass ultimate but I know that I bought the full version of the game. If anyone has this same issue let me know how you fixed it.( I was able to play multiplayer for about a week and when I cancelled game pass I couldn’t anymore)
