I cannot create the BF6 banned appeal case
My Battlefield 6 account has been banned, please explain which rule I have violated so that I can avoid it in the future. I assure you that I am an absolutely fair player and have never cheated. I suspect that the ban is related to IP changes: due to unstable servers in China, I have to use an accelerator to play online, and switching nodes during the game is just to prevent disconnection. This IP fluctuation may have led to misjudgment.
If banned due to cheating, please provide relevant evidence;
If it is determined to be account sharing due to IP change, please verify that this is not unauthorized access - I only use one device and never share or sell accounts;
What's even more unbearable for me is that this incident has caused a severe relapse of my depression, threatening my life safety. I will continue to support EA and firmly defend my rights until the issue is fairly resolved. Please consider my situation and recheck and restore my account as soon as possible.
Besides I haven't recieved a single email from EA to inform me the reason.
