I can't register in the game

Please help me, people. Yesterday I downloaded Battlefield 6 and tried to register, but I got an error message saying "Your request cannot be completed. Service limitations apply." and I didn't receive a confirmation code. I've tried various methods, including using a VPN and a proxy server, but nothing has worked. If you can help, please do so.
