I purchased EA play through the EA app the day before BF6 launch. I bought BF6 (phantom edition) through Steam. It's been awhile now, and I still have yet to receive my EA play rewards. Emailed EA support like 5 times in the past week, and all they do is send me some generic AI-generated response. I was wondering if anybody else on Steam has gotten their rewards yet.
I asked a few people, and some said that it's because BF6 now launches natively through steam, and doesn't go through the EA app anymore, thus meaning my EA play subscription won't work since it goes through steam. This greatly confuses me. I owned BF2042 on steam, but bought EA play through the EA app, yet I was able to get all the rewards. I have my steam account linked to my EA app, shouldn't I be able to get the EA play rewards? Could use some help and clarification.

You’re not alone in this… I have missing EA Play Pro Rewards for BF6 too. I purchased an EA Play Pro subscription directly through the EA App in August 2025. I preordered the phantom edition of bf6 on steam. I have not received the promised rewards for Season 1, including the (EA Play Season 1 Pack for Battlefield 6) and the (EA Play Deployment Pack.) These packs should have been automatically added to my in-game inventory upon subscription activation, but they are missing from my Battlefield 6 loadout and inventory screens…

It's now been exactly a month since I made my first support ticket, and my issue STILL hasn't been solved btw.
The last support person said:
"I checked with my team and I will request you to wait as the option to validate or add EA play rewards in Battlefield 6 is not available in our tool. We will help you out once our tools are up and running".
This absolutely insane. How can a AAA gaming studio not possess the ability to grant users rewards in-game. I had the same issue in BF2042 (of not receiving EA play rewards), I was able to talk to a live support agent using the live-chat feature, and the issue got fixed within minutes.
But here we are. A month later and STILL not fixed for BF6. EA has also quietly removed the ability to live-chat with a support agent as well, now your only chances are through email (which 90% of the time they just send you a generic AI generated response). I've also filed a complaint against EA using the better business bureau, since I feel this borders on the lines of false advertising.
I paid $40 for EA play annual subscription, the subscription advertised in-game rewards, I have not received any in-game rewards, and now I'm out $40. How is this anything but false advertising?
