Short freezes on spawnscreen.
Hey there, im playing on PC/Steam.
Since patch 1.3.1, i'm getting short freezes at the spawnscreen when changing my loadout.
The rest of the game runs just fine.

Yes, drivers are all up to date, checked for file integrity with no result.
Renaming the settings folder, starting and exiting into a game and then restoring the folder helped...
