Missing Pro Token and other Phantom Edition Content from second platform copy

I originally had a copy of phantom edition on release for PC, but bought another copy on the 9th for the PS5, but am missing the following content:

I've talked to Live chat support twice, the first one (Case #245498966) telling me that Playstation support would have to help me, but they could already see that my license was activated and working on my PS5 console, and that it was an issue on EA's side. After talking again with chat they said that the technical team were on it and I'd get updated but the Case, #24555973 still got closed with 'No Fix Available' as the reason stated.

It does seem to be an issue due to me prevously owning the phantom edition on the PC, but I should still at least get the following for the PS5 version:

Battlefield Pro Token

Tombstone XP Boost Set:  1x hardware XP and 1x career XP

Phantom XP boost set: 2x hardware XP and 2x career XP

 

Can someone from EA please help me here instead? Even if I can't get the XP again I should at least get the Pro Token.

  • I have the same issue. Played on PC with EA Play Pro subscription. Used my token then. Bought BF6 digitally for my PS5 and upgraded to Phantom Edition on 13.05. Had a chat with EA support on 14.05 and they told me to wait 24-48 hours. It's soon 48 hours since my purchase and the token still has not arrived, but Phantom skins have. Talked to support again and they told me to try to launch it on my PC again and reinstall on PS5 and if that does not work contact Playstation. Nothing has worked and I have not yet contacted Playstation support. Very disappointed...
