I'm on ps5 paid for phantom edition, only have standard wont give me the option to download it either

I'm experiencing the same issue on my PS5 Pro. I have tried everything I've read in online forums, and nothing is allowing me to upgrade to my Phantom Edition. My EA account doesn't even have the game as a purchase online, yet it's in my purchase history on my PS5 and those accounts should be linked, right?
