I traced mine back to it being because they have some of us connected to EU servers. Are you in the US? If so, browse the servers and filter US only servers. Make sure the servers you play on have full XP on.
They need to fix this and add more US-based servers.
I'm in South East Asia.
I wonder if you're connected to a server outside your location, too. It's so odd.
