im unable to load past the ea error message and havent seen anything else as ive been trying since i bought the game back in january. i tried all troubleshooting tips also reinstalled the game and verified game files. tried spamming retry and nothing works ive seen people online have the same problems and only a few have found a solution which has not worked for me as ive tried all. its very frustrating as ive been excited to get a new pc to play the new battlefield game and i havent even seen the main menu screen

the trouble shooting for the error doesnt work at all im losing all hope in this game

I’m really sorry to hear that you haven’t been able to enjoy the game since January, especially after getting a new PC.

I understand you’ve already tried a number of troubleshooting steps on your own, which is much appreciated. Since I’m not entirely sure what you’ve already tried, I’ve gathered a few suggestions below. Feel free to skip anything you’ve already done.

First, please take a look at the pinned reply in this post.

I’m not sure which platform you’re on, but if you’re using Steam, some players on the Steam discussion board have also shared workarounds that may help.

A few things that have worked for others include:

Signing out and back into your Steam account

Resetting your network (Step 13)

Making sure no other games’ anti-cheat programs are running in the background

This definitely isn’t the experience we want for you, and I sincerely hope this hasn’t completely taken away your enthusiasm for Battlefield 6.
