Unable to create appeal case – Battlefield 6 sanction – EA ID salty_fish24

Hello,

I received a Battlefield 6 sanction but cannot submit an appeal.

Penalty History shows "case not created".

All /help pages redirect to homepage.

Contact-us opens a chatbot loop.

[edit: email address removed] refuses connection.

Because of this, I currently have no working appeal channel.

Could a moderator help escalate this to the ToS team or create a manual appeal case?
