i m xbox user i bought battlefied 6 via key code played some time recently when i try to open game it ask verification code from strange email isnt mine 20***@gmail.com and mine xbox account is a***@gmail.com 

i checked my xbox account and microsoft account this recovery email not exisit in my panel even my xbox account is protected with athentificator so no one can access to my account how this third person added or block my battlefied 6 asking code verification from 20***@gmail.com

please help
