I was billed 3 times

I was billed 3 times for BF coins. The first time I tried to run it I was given a prompt that it did not go through and to try it again. So I did and got the same screen. I came back to it later in the day and I’m still getting the same prompt that it did not go through. Come to find out there is three separate charges on my account for  $19.99. I want my **bleep** $40 back!!!!!  I’m paying because of a broken system.
