When I installed an RTX 5070 Ti im starting to have low FPS from the top left. This never happened when I had a RTX 3060. When i did my reserch i found mp/s on the in the game settings, and it's Red....

I did had this on and when i get somewhere like crazy both of them are getting Red and Yellow at the same time.
McMacApple looks like a CPU bottleneck. Please download HWiNFO and post a screenshot of your System Summary.

McMacApple it doesn't look like XMP memory overclocking is enabled in the HWiNFO screenshot.
The 15-15-15-36-51 timing doesn't match any of the XMP timing profiles.
