in-game latency problem

Hello, I'm constantly receiving a yellow and red latency warning in the top left corner of the screen while playing the game. This warning never disappears during gameplay. I'm desperate about this issue. I suspect it's an infrastructure issue, so I contacted my internet provider and they said they could help me find the game's IP address. I would be very grateful if you could help me with this.
